Survivor-led and Compassion-centred

We are a BIPOC and survivor-led non-profit that supports adults who have experienced technology-facilitated sexual violence in Canada.
What is technology-facilitated sexual violence?
Technology-facilitated sexual violence (TFSV) describes the process of using digital and online mediums to sexually violate, harass, intimidate, or shame a person or a group of people.
Examples include:
-
The non-consensual distribution of someone's intimate images
-
Discussing and planning how to sexually violate someone online
-
Developing group chats to sexually harass someone online
-
Voyeurism (e.g. using wearable AI glasses or hidden cameras to record someone nude or engaging in a sexual(ized) act)
-
Impersonating someone else online (e.g. creating an OnlyFans page in their name)
-
Threatening to publish someone's intimate images
-
Spreading sexual rumours about someone online
-
Doxxing someone's personal contact information to ensue sexual harassment
-
Creating and distributing sexual deepfakes (audios and videos included)
